The Wizarding World, as you know it has become a very dark place, but it is also very different. Lily and James Potter were still murdered by Voldemort, their son Harry is still the boy who lived, Sirius Black wasn't killed by Bellatrix, he was merely injured. Dumbledore wasn't killed by Snape, but he is still very weak, the cursed ring is slowly killing him. Snape died because in had broken the unbreakable vow - but not before Bellatrix got to torture him first. Professor McGonagall is now in charge of the school and insists that the school is to remain open as long as there are students that wish to attend to learn magic. Hogwarts is the last safe place that Lord Voldemort hasn't managed to take over or destroy, but how long is Hogwarts going to remain safe when some of its students are spreading evil from the inside out. The Ministry of Magic has fallen, Lord Voldemort is now in control of the Wizarding world.
The Order of the Phoenix, aren't doing as well as they hoped, evil is winning and people are very scared for their family and friends as well as fearing for their own lives. The 7th year is turning out to be the trio's most interesting and most terrifying year so far.
The wizarding world has been thrown in complete chaos and the time has come that everyone must choose a side. Who are you going to join? Voldemort or The Order of The Phoenix?

Harry, Ron and Hermione came back to Hogwarts for their 7th year.
Bellatrix and Rodolphus Lestrange had twins, Demetria and Damian who are now in the same year as Harry, Ron and Hermione.
Albus Dumbledore is still the headmaster at Hogwarts, however Professor McGonagall often finds herself taking over the school when he can't.
The Ministry of Magic has fallen under Voldemort's control.
Draco Malfoy is keeping a very close eye on his cousin Demetria and is very over protective of her.
Harry Potter is still dating Ginny Weasley, however he is becoming increasingly worried that Voldemort or one of the deatheaters will hurt her to get to him.
Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger still continue to argue and bicker with one another while hiding their feelings from each other.
